It’s all about you.

When we started our journey in 1995, we wanted to create a different kind of digital agency that puts the needs of our clients at the heart of everything we do. Our philosophy of “doing the right thing” is a key part of the way in which we work with you and each other.

As a team, DNA Digital brings it all together.  We know that project delivery is a journey that doesn’t start – or even end – with technical development.  That’s why we run the entire race: business analysis, business process re-engineering, IT strategy, online marketing, brand engagement, project management change control, on-going support and maintenance are all part of our mix of skills.

We’re also partnered with the Emotio Design Group, which means we have the kind of scale and breadth of capability you can rely on.

The Owners: A brief introduction

Nathan Mathan

Starting his career in IT in 1998 as System Support Analyst for BT, Nathan has worked for many blue chip companies providing and delivering solutions. He has worked in Public and Private in sectors such as Investment Banking, Insurance, Airlines, Media, Printing, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail, Construction, Non-Profit and Charity for major corporates such as Capita, TUI, British Airways and EMI.

Nathan’s specialties include Business Analysis, Business Understanding, Process Reengineering, Change Management, PRINCE2 Project Management, AGILE and Waterfall Development models, ITIL, GDS, Billing Systems, Application Development, and Complex System Integrations.

Damon Segal

Having come from a traditional marketing and design background Damon has seen drawing boards replaced with Macs and paint brushes become Wacom Tablets. In 1996 Damon built his first website on Adobe’s PageMill software and was hooked on the internet - which was great, as he recalls, because help was always just a click away.

Having been heavily involved in website design, development and marketing since this point Damon has seen innovation happen on a daily basis. He joined the Marketing Guild in 1993 and applied his design skills to the commercial world. A bold move to web design and marketing in 1995, during the early days of the internet, saw Damon transform the business into a full branding agency.

Damon is the Managing Director of Emotio Design Group and CEO of DNA. His expertise includes Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC, Email, etc), Online Commercialisation, Digital Innovation, Digital Vision Creation, Site Architecture, Usability, Graphic Design and Professional Speaking.

We work with a broad range of large and small clients and sectors including medical, retail, construction, leisure and the Public Sector.  We’ve found that the only thing that stays the same is how unique each of them are.
