Case Study

The challenge:

SmithsGore are a rural land management company with 48 branches, recently acquired by Savills. SmithsGore engaged DNA to improve their information management processes and approach.  Each of the 48 offices needed to input information and images about each and every property and have that information catalogued, stored and immediately usable.


What we did:

We engaged with SmithsGore to understand their current system landscape and found they used market leading property management platforms such as Vebra and Reapit but had little integration between the two systems.

DNA built a website which plugged into all internal platforms. We did this by creating a web service which took data from multiple offices and stored it in one central location. This enabled them to display everything on the new website as well as pushing data to Rightmove and Vebra. Everything saved on one system, built for SmithsGore from the ground up. We also ensured the platform worked hand in hand with marketing and was SEO friendly.   We then launched, managed and supported the new site for them, grew it and adapted it according to changing needs. 

Savills later acquired SmithsGore, at which point we worked Savills in integrating the above with their own site.
