The role:

Responsibilities vary according to organisation but may include a combination of:

  • As a Project Coordinator, you will support in the delivery of a wide range of digital projects, feature requests and support requests for customers
  • Interpret client briefs, write documentation, scope requirements, and provide estimates of work when required
  • Liaising and updating stakeholders on the status of projects, timeline and any issues that may come up during the project
  • Forming strong relationships with the client and developing communication channels between the involved parties
  • Work collaboratively with both offshore and in-house teams to ensure the successful delivery projects
  • Placing calls
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Taking minutes
  • Organising venues
  • Planning projects
  • Updating the project calendar
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Performing administrative duties

Qualification and relevant experience:

  • Minimum 2:1 or First-class degree in higher education or equivalent
  • Proven experience of effectively managing small to large scale projects from brief through to delivery
  • Understanding of Web technologies and concepts
  • Experienced in a range of project management software including Agile and Waterfall
  • Strong communication with excellent presentation, report writing and data analysis capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required and work on a range of client projects at the same time
  • Knowledge of working with opensource systems such as WordPress and Umbraco or any CMS would be useful
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS would also be a plus
