The challenge:

Alcumus were undergoing a period of significant growth in their physical locations and business structure.  They asked DNA to help them review and improve their CRM and sales processes as well as better leverage their MS Dynamics CRM.

What we did:

DNA ran a series of workshops for Alcumus that reviewed and re-engineered their business processes and optimised their way of working to adapt to the new business structure across all their locations. Scalability was key - as they expand, the process scales with them.

We reviewed their use of Microsoft Dynamics, in parallel.  Large companies do not always use CRM to the fullest, but if structured in the right way the system can massively increase ROI. In this case we found MSD was only really used at 20% of potential; we increased its use to around 80%. The solution was commercially justified, increased ROI, efficiency and profits.
