Aura-Soma is providing wellness products, along with wellness therapies like Acupuncture, Reiki and Reflexology; balance and calm to your energetic chakras, whilst strengthening and protecting the aura to empower and elevate consciousness.
The Challenge
The ultimate aim is to create a centralised web portal for the Aura-Soma community that allows any member (Distributor, Teacher or Student) to interact with one another and the Aura-Soma system in a streamlined way.
Furthermore, the platform will better facilitate Aura-Soma's ability to manage its offering across multiple languages and borders, ensuring that messages are centrally communicated cohesively, allowing full visibility from a management perspective.
The DNA Solution
The platform will allow brand guidelines to be managed effectively, ensuring that Distributors & Teachers are not permitted to drift from the standards implemented.
The CRM and systems integration will provide for a streamlined workflow, maximising efficiencies and cost savings within the business. This will be achieved through the merging of all existing systems and processes, e.g. accounts, course management, distributor network, product management and stock control.
